Items marked as Made to Order are shipped once production has been completed. The estimated production time is 3–4 weeks.

If your order is urgent, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order.

If your order includes both Made to Order and Ready to Wear items, they will be shipped separately.

Ready to Wear items will be dispatched according to the standard shipping schedule, while Made to Order items will be shipped once production has been completed.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times do not include public holidays and may be affected by customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.

For destinations where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

For Box Now deliveries, you will receive an SMS or Viber message containing your collection PIN and locker details.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by severe weather conditions, customs inspections, public holidays, strikes, carrier disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, if the minimum purchase amount required for free shipping has not been met.

Parcel deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance and may incur import duties and taxes in the destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

The estimated delivery time for parcels is indicative and is calculated from the date of shipment. Saturdays, Sundays, and official public holidays in Greece are not considered business days. ANTHOPHORIA shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by adverse weather conditions, international customs procedures, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

If the recipient fails to collect the parcel, the original shipping costs, as well as any costs associated with reshipping the parcel, shall be borne solely by the recipient.
